RAW AVOCADO VANILLA BEAN LIME CHEESE CAKE
Happy New years everyone! 1 more day left of 2012, I'm so excited for new adventures and experiences to come in 2013! I though I would make one last awesome desert before I start my week juice cleanse in January! This I think is so far my favourite combination of flavours, I have become a huge fan of "real" vanilla beans, so amazing! I kept saying "this smells amazing!" while making this cake, can't believe I have been missing out on them for so long, I'm going to try more recipes with them to enhance the flavour~

PALEO DARK CHOCOLATE ORANGE CHEESECAKE
I love this time of year ! The holidays bring out the true love for baking in me :) Creating ,and then giving people amazing deserts that make them go wow! That's a great feeling :) although eating paleo may make it hard to enjoy deserts there are some foods that are paleo friendly that you can enjoy ! Some of the ways deserts can be made are far from traditional western deserts , but the alterations are so unique , and the flavours are amazing.
I always used to love those terries chocolate oranges u would get in your stocking "whack and unwrap" says the man with the british accent ~ If you enjoyed those chocolates, or just love the taste of orange with chocolate you have to try this cheese cake !

QUINOA SUSHI
When some one asks me what my favourite food is I always say Sushi, Im a big fan! But since starting to eat Paleo the typical sushi which I loved became a no-no... it is my personal goal to find alternatives that are equal or better than the original food! This is my modern Paleo version of sushi. Once you try this you may never go back to classic sushi made with sticky rice. I must say that quinoa sushi is more tasty than the regular~! Not to mention its healthier and Paleo friends too!
