INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup almond meal
3/4 cup flax meal
1 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
2 eggs
2 table spoons apple butter
1 table spoon almond butter/ cashew butter
1 teaspoon spoon coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all dry ingredients in bowl
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry mixing well
- Butter and coat baking pan with coconut flour
- Cook @ 350 Degrees for approximately 30 min until cooked through
