INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
3 - 80% Dark chocolate bars (You can use the 50 G Lindt flat dark chocolate bars)
4 Drops of liquid stevia
2 TBS butter
1/4 Cup almond flour
1 Cup slivered almonds
FILLING:
1 1/2 Cream cheese block
10 drops liquid stevia
1 TBS Pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 chopped strawberries
500 ML whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
CRUST:
- Melt dark chocolate in sauce pan
- Add 4 drops of liquid stevia and butter
- Remove from heat and stir in almond flour
- Then stir in slivered almonds
- Set crust into pie plate using wax paper, put into freezer
- Once chilled peel off wax paper
FILLING:
- Cream in mixer cream cheese (softened)
- Add 5 drops of liquid stevia and vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl whip whipping cream , add 5 drops of liquid stevia
- Combine cream cheese and whipping cream mixture
- Cut up strawberries
- Layer bottom of crust with strawberries (Save some for decoration on top)
- Pour cream cheese mixture in
- Decorate top with remaining strawberries
- Place in fridge until ready to serve
