SAUSAGE CABBAGE AVO SALAD


Colourful veggies , gotta love them! This dish can be modified many ways to used up left over veggies in the fridge.




INGREDIENTS:

Chopped purple cabbage
Sweet yellow pepper
Green onions
Hand full of spinach
1/2 avocado
1 - 2 Italian spicy sausage ( you can use any kind of sausage really, bratwurst is nice too)
2 TBS virgin olive oil
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of garlic powder
1/2 TSP apple cider vinegar
Dash of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

- Chop up all veggies and place in bowl
- Cook sausage in frying pan until cooked through
- Mix Olive oil, garlic powder, Vinegar , hot sauce and salt and pepper in a cup
- Pour over veggies and toss in sausage
- Top with avocado!
