- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 2 TBS Pine nuts
- 1/2 Juice of fresh squeezed lemon
- 1/2 TSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS Olive oil
- 1 TPS Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop up apple and fennel bulb into small bite sized pieces.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients and toss over chopped apple and fennel.
- Top with salt and pepper to taste
