- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3 TBS Cacao powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 TBS coconut oil melted
- 1 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
- Line a cookies sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix in all wet ingredients storing well, add in the chocolate chips last
- Using a big spoon scoop out the dough and roll into little balls pushing them down slightly on the parchment paper
- Place in oven for 15- 20 min depending on how you like you cookie crunch or soft :)
