Healthy, tasty, and so simple! There are many combinations you can try when making kale chips!


1 bunch of kale
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Garlic powder
Salt to taste


- Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F
- Wash and dry kale
- Cut kale into 2 inch pieces ( Don't cut too small because they will shrink)
- Put cut kale pieces into a zip lock bag and add enough oil to coat all , massage the kale to cover every part
- You can add the spices in the bag or after you put them on a baking sheet
- Cover 2 baking sheets with tin foil , and lay kale over ( do not over lap kale pieces )
- Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and flip cake chip
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and use a paper fowl to soak up any excess oil , place in a bowl and serve :)
