You can literally put anything into a scramble, anything edible that is :p Here is another delicious combo!


2 Free range eggs
2 Strips sulfate free bacon
hand full of baby spinach
1/4 white onion
1 Small vine ripened tomato
Small yellow sweet pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 TBS sun dried tomato pesto
2 TBS grated cheese of choice
Pinch of pepper ( don't add salt since the bacon adds salt to the mix already)


- Fry bacon in pan on medium heat (don't cook too crispy, because you are going to cook it some more after!)
- Crack 2 eggs into large bowl, mix in pesto thouroughly
- Chop up all veggies and spinach and mix into eggs making sure to coat all well
- Pour egg and veggie mixture into the same pan u cooked the bacon, mix slowly to scramble eggs
- Cut up bacon into thin slices and add near the end
- Remove mixture and put into a bowl and top with cheese and pepper

  • To add some extra protein try adding 1/2 an avocado on top of the scramble!
