So simple, yet so tasty! This unique take on a salad can be made easily and served as an appetizer at a party or as a meal in itself.


Organic vine-ripe tomatoes
Fresh Basil
unripened bocconcini cheese
Virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper


- Cut tomatoes  and place on a plate
- Place 1 - 2 leaves of basil on each tomato
- Slice bocconcini cheese and put on top of basil
- Top with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper to taste
