INGREDIENTS:
- 12 unshelled prawns
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 TBS hemp hearts
- 1 TBS basil pesto
- 1 TSP Lemon salt
- 1 TSP chili powder
DIRECTIONS:
- In a frying pan heat olive oil and add prawns, add lemon salt and sauté for a few minutes each side
- Add in cabbage, bell peppers and chilli powder, sauté until just a bit soft then add in the spinach
- Remove from head and toss with basil pesto and hemp hearts
- Serve in a bowl and finish with salt and pepper if you like ~
