PALEO SPICED RACK OF RIBS

Slow cooked ribs, you can't go wrong! the flavours for this recipe are sure to be a house hit! The meat just falls off the bone, so tender! A perfect primal meal,  delish :)




INGREDIENTS: (Makes 1 rack of ribs)

1 rack of pork ribs
1 TBS kosher salt ( I used pink Himalayan)
1/2 TBS chili powder
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1/2 TSP Italian Seasoning ( you can use basil , sage, thyme if you have them separate)
1/2 cup beef broth ( any kind of stock will work but beef preferably)
1 TBS Apple cider vinegar
1 TBS Raw un pasteurized honey
1/4 of white onion

DIRECTIONS:

- Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F
- Place rack of ribs meat side up on a baking sheet lined with tin foil
- Mix all seasonings in a bowl and rub on the top side of the ribs
- drizzle honey over top
- Pinch up sides of tin foil to contain liquid and pour beef stock & vinegar over ribs
- Place onions on top of rips
- Add a second piece of tin foil on top and crimp and roll edges together to contain the liquid from escaping.
- Poke a fork into tin foil 3 - 4 times to allow steam vents 
- Bake in oven for 3 hours
