I wanted to make something quick and easy to grab and go before a work out or when studying that would last a wile, so I created these ! They can last in the fridge for up to 3 weeks so you can make a goos batch and store them away.
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup flax meal
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw almond slivers
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 TBS coconut oil melted
13 dried apricots sliced
6 drops of liquid stevia ( you can use 1 -2 TBS of honey if you dont like stevia)
-Super simple! Add all dry ingredients to a food processor, combines well.
- Slowly add in melted coconut oil until mixture starts to clump.
-Make little balls using a spoon and your hands and roll in shredded coconut.
- Place balls in a seal tight container and store in the fridge .
