Delicious creamy and tangy :) Goes great on salads, eggs, meat ~

INGREDIENTS: (Makes about 1/2 cup)

1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 TSP cold water
Pinch of salt
Pepper to taste


- Separate the egg from the yolk
- In a separate pan you can fry up the egg white to add on top of the prosciutto
- Mince garlic and using a mortar and pestle or magic bullet blend into the egg yolk
- Remove from bullet and slowly pour half of the olive oil in while whisking, then add the cold water and continue to whisk ( it should start to slowly thicken like mayonnaise)
- Add the remainder of the olive oil and lemon juice slowly and finish whisking
- Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
