INGREDIENTS:
- Large hand full of baby spinach leaves
- Hand full of sprouts of choice ( I used alfalfa here)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatos
- 2 dates diced
- Citrus Aioli Sauce HERE
- 12 Prawns
- 2 TBS hemp hearts
- 2 TBS Olive oil
- 1 TSP Lemon Juice
- Salt and Peper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- In a pan sauté prawns with olive oil , salt and pepper and a bit of lemon juice
- Prepare the rest of the salad and dressing in a large bowl
- Add into bowls all ingredients, sprouts, Dates, Hemp hearts and tomatoes.
- Top with the prawns after ready and citrus aioli sauce!
