Paleo Vanilla Cupcakes With Chocolate Banana Frosting

This past week was birthday bonanzas! 3 birthday in a row, so I decided to make cup cakes  :) enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 1/4 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt
2 large eggs
2 TBS coconut oil melted
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 TSP vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean pod seeds (option for extra vanilla flavour :D! )
2 TBS honey
6 drops liquid stevia (if you don't like stevia just add an extra TBS of honey)

FROSTING:

2 large Bananas
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
3 TBS raw honey
2 TSP vanilla extract
1/3 cup cacao butter melted

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees C.
-Mix all the dry cake ingredients in a bowl.
-In a separate bowl whisk together all wet ingredients, then combine into dry.
-Line a cupcake tray with 6 - 7 papers
- Place batter intor paper leaving 1/4" gap from the top of the paper.
-Bake in oven for about 25 minutes or until a tooth pick can be removed clean from cake.
-While the cup cakes a baking, prepare the frosting.
-In a food processor combine all ingredients mixing well. 
-Spoon all frosting into a piping bag, place in fridge for 30 min to chill.
- When cup cakes are done baking remove from oven and set aside to fully cool before piping on the icing ,or it will melt! D: 
- Enjoy with friends and family !
