INGREDIENTS:
- Few leaves of sweet red leaf lettuce
- Hand full of cherry tomatoes
- 12 prawns
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 TBS hemp hearts
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- In a pan saute Prawns with lemon juice and salt & pepper
- Tear lettuce and place in a big bowl
- Toss in cherry tomatoes, hemp seeds and prawns
- Top with Green goddess dressing!
