QUINOA SUSHI

When some one asks me what my favourite food is I always say Sushi, Im a big fan! But since starting to eat Paleo the typical sushi which I loved became a no-no... it is my personal goal to find alternatives that are equal or better than the original food! This is my modern Paleo version of sushi. Once you try this you may never go back to classic sushi made with sticky rice. I must say that quinoa sushi is more tasty than the regular~! Not to mention its healthier and Paleo friends too!

CAPRIS SALAD

So simple, yet so tasty! This unique take on a salad can be made easily and served as an appetizer at a party or as a meal in itself.

SAUSAGE CABBAGE AVO SALAD

Colourful veggies , gotta love them! This dish can be modified many ways to used up left over veggies in the fridge.

PUMPKIN YAM SOUP

This is the perfect seasonal fall and winter soup, creamy and dairy free too! You can add different vegetables (squash, carrots, sweet potato) to mix it up depending on what you have in the fridge.

PALEO LASAGNA

This is a must try recipe. So delicious and a sure crowd pleaser! Great to put in the fridge for left overs too!

MANGO AVOCADO FRUIT SALSA

Avocados and Mangos!? Who doesn't love them. This simple fruit salsa is great for a summer dish, light lunch, snack or appetizer.

WALNUT APPLE CABBAGE SLAW

This is a great recipe for Lunch, Dinner or as a dish to bring to a pot luck. It is a raw and Paleo friendly dish as well.

YELLOW THAI COCONUT CURRY

I love Thai food, I became a huge fan when visiting Thailand and taking a cooking class there. The cultures food is so full of flavour ( all the many spices they have readily available in the markets makes it an adventure for any one who loves to cook!) Thai food is also very Paleo friendly and easy to modify for those recipes that do include gluten or grains. Coconut Milk , Vegetables and protein are some of the most common ingredients, that works great for Paleo!

PALEO TOMATO ZUCCHINI PASTA

People always ask me how I live with out pasta, well although I dont eat grains , I can still enjoy pasta just in a totally unique way! This was one of my first ever Paleo Meals. Super simple and sooo tasty! Just cut up strips of zucchini and steam for a few minutes, then add any sugar free tomato sauce , or make you own! A little bit of tomato paste, chopped up tomatoes, garlic onion. You can add herbs like basil or cilantro to add a bit of PiZaM to this meal :)
